MISSION: Client Operations Specialist (W/M)

SALARY: Negotiable

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Frankfurt, Germany

NATIONALITY: EU citizenship / work permit is mandatory for non-EU citizenship

 

Your mission

Your mission is to master the concepts necessary for supply management, from purchase to invoicing, including catering and logistics.

  • You are the expert and the point of contact for all questions concerning order flows and the tools needed for management
  • You work in good coordination within a team and with external clients

 

Your profile

You are collaborative, customer and solutions oriented

You have team spirit and assure good collaboration with other services

You are proactive, enterprising, know how to work independently and are pragmatic

You have the spirit of analysis, synthesis and are comfortable with the numbers

You have facilities to understand the processes and make proposals to improve them

You are able to clearly define the needs of the business and prioritize the actions to be undertaken

You are able to write simple, clear and complete procedures, processes and emails

German language C1 Level or +, and English minimum B1 Level

You are able to give training to clients

You have a sense of communication and know how to give feedback around you

You deliver continuously and maintain a high level of quality in the work you do, in all circumstances

Computer skills: basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

 

Work Environment

Regularly work in a standard office environment

 

Education and qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
